Job Description

What you'll do:

Job summary

Provide regulatory, technical and logistic support to Eaton operations to maintain a proactive and functional EHS and Maintenance program in conformance with Federal and Commonwealth laws and regulations and corporate policies.

Job Responsibilities

1. Follows and actively participates in all the EHS practices and procedures.
2. Leads the implementation of all MEHS Programs.
3. Leads the implementation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for all plant positions, and recommends corrective actions.
4. Implements approved corrective actions derived from JSA.
5. Leads and Coordinates all required Environmental practices, monitoring, documentation, logs, and training.

6. Coordinates and/or execute all required Industrial Hygiene practices, monitoring, documentation, logs, and training.
7. Coordinates and/or execute all required Safety practices, monitoring, documentation, logs, and training.
8. Lead all Employee Safety related meetings, training, and committees (meetings and plan execution).
9. Guides and directs others as needed to comply with environmental and safety regulations.
10. Interacts with EHS suppliers, regulatory agencies, and Corporate.
11. Leads in the coordination of the Annual Evacuation Drills.
12. Leads and coordinates Business Continuity Plan (BCP) activities.
13. Be alert to new projects that require any EHS permits.
14. Support and Execute Risk analysis and evaluation for changes, new operations, and non-routinary jobs.
15. Creates, monitors and manages all facilities and equipment maintenance activities.
16. Performs other related duties as requested by the management.

Qualifications:

Education level required

  • Bachelor degree in Industrial, Electronic or Electromechanical Engineering, or similar careers

Years and area of experience required

  • Minimum of 1 year in similar positions. Prefer experience related to environment and healthy

Technical knowledge

  • EHS, Project Management, and Excel.
