Electrical Apprentice / 2 Years Experience Required

Position Overview: We are seeking anElectrical Apprentice with at least 2 years of hands-on experiencein the electrical trade. The ideal candidate is motivated, safety-conscious, and eager to continue building their technical skills under the supervision of licensed electricians. Responsibilities: • Assist Journeyman and Master Electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and/or industrial settings • Pull wire, bend conduit, and install devices, panels, and fixtures • Read and interpret basic electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored • Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times • Support team members by providing accurate measurements, cutting materials, and preparing equipment as needed • Document work completed and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an electrical apprentice in a construction or service setting • Basic understanding of the NEC (National Electrical Code) • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting, climbing, standing for long periods) • Commitment to safety and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: • ompleted coursework in an electrical apprenticeship program • OSHA 10 certification • Experience working on commercial projects What We Offer: • Competitive pay based on experience • Opportunities for advancement and continued education in the electrical trade • Supportive team environment focused on safety and quality • Benefits package Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) 5% Match • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
