ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Salary:$95k - 150k per year Reference:TSB COM CONSTRUCT PM Responsibilities • Manage all phases of electrical construction projects (planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution). • Serve as the main point of contact for general contractors, owners, and internal teams. • Read and interpret electrical drawings, specs, and contracts. • Monitor labor, materials, and subcontractor performance. • Prepare submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports. • Coordinate field teams to ensure timely and safe execution of work. • Proactively identify and resolve issues to avoid delays or budget overruns.Requirements • 3+ years of experience managing commercial electrical projects. • Strong understanding of NEC, local codes, and construction documents. • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus, but not required.
