Electrical Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

Airco Mechanical, a leader in the commercial mechanical, electric and plumbing industries is now accepting resumes for the position of Electrical Customer Service Representative. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Able to work IN-OFFICE, M-F, 8am-5pm with possible overtime • Enter service requests into the system from internal and external customers • Resolve any customer concerns or complaints • Take overflow calls from dispatcher line • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person • Processing customer orders and payments • Resolving customer complaints and providing solutions to their problems • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions • Updating customer account information • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about company products and services QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED: • 2+ years of customer service experience • Dispatching skills desired but not required • Proactive and positive communication • Effective organization and prioritizing • Excellent time management skills • Punctuality and good attendance are non-negotiable • Proficient data entry skills • Associate or bachelor’s degrees are not required but a plus • Proficiency with the Microsoft suite is a must BENEFITS: • Two weeks paid vacation - 1st year • Paid holidays & sick leave • Excellent health, vision, & dental insurance with low employee cost • Life insurance – (2X salary paid by company) • Short-term & long term disability insurance (paid by the company) • Accidental death and dismemberment insurance • Optional additional life insurance • 401K savings plan: matched by company • Health savings accounts • Teladoc • Employee assistance program • Tuition reimbursement Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Parental leave • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
