Electrical Field Supervisor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee electrical construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management practices. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication among team members and stakeholders. Duties • Manage and supervise daily field operations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. • Coordinate with project teams to develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as ProCore. • Review blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate execution of electrical plans. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and address any issues that arise. • Provide guidance on project management best practices, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, changes, and communications. Requirements • Journeyman Electrician's license in State of Texas • Proven experience in construction management. • Proficiency in construction management software such as HeavyBid, Primavera, ProCore, or similar tools. • Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings. • Experience in project scheduling and coordination within the construction environment. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams while managing multiple priorities effectively. • A strong commitment to safety standards and practices on job sites.
