Electrical Foreman / Lead Electrician

Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical projects with expertise and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, and proficiency in construction management software. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising electrical installations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing project timelines and budgets. Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical teams on-site to ensure timely completion of projects. • Utilize construction management software such as Prolog and Primavera to track project progress and manage resources effectively. • Conduct regular inspections of work performed by team members to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. • Manage project documentation using tools like Bluebeam for efficient communication and record-keeping. • Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and schedules, ensuring that all work is completed within the allocated resources. • Provide training and guidance to junior electricians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. • Troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as ohmmeters, ensuring that all systems are functioning correctly. Requirements • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the electrical field, with a strong understanding of pipeline construction processes. • Proficiency in construction management software including Prolog, Primavera, and Bluebeam. • Strong budgeting skills with the ability to manage project costs effectively. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems using various tools including ohmmeters. • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster collaboration among diverse groups. • A commitment to maintaining safety standards on-site at all times.
