The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is extremely detail-oriented, demonstrates transparency and accountability particularly in financial matters ensuring responsible stewardship of resources. As a Project Manager at Sievert Electric you will have an opportunity to work across multiple departments and see the end to end spectrum of electrical projects. This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Project Manager at Sievert Electric. The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing electrical contracting projects, managing budgets, leading electrical design efforts, and coordinating with electrical engineering teams on various projects. Key Responsibilities: · Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks across parties to ensure completion on time and within budget · Estimating the cost and scheduling of commercial electrical projects · Regular communication with customers to ensure transparency with up-to-date information · Provide input on electrical design work What You’ll Need to Succeed • Electrical Contracting and Electrical Design skills • Strong project management skills • Ability to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders • Good technical writing skills, specifically for construction proposal documents, scope of work documents, and client presentation packages • Certifications in project management or electrical contracting are a plus • Proficient in Excel and Word Personal Characteristics ·Exceptional Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication abilities, able to clearly convey complex information, actively listen, and engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. ·Influential Leadership: Proven ability to lead by influence, managing and collaborating with leaders and colleagues outside of direct reporting structures to achieve shared goals, foster collaboration, and drive performance. ·Self-Motivated and Results-Driven: Highly driven, hardworking, and self-starting with the ability to manage multiple priorities, consistently delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. ·Detail-Oriented and Organized: Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with organizational standards and goals. ·Ethical and Financially Responsible:Demonstrates transparency, integrity, and accountability, particularly in financial matters, ensuring responsible stewardship of resources. ·Safety-Conscious: High awareness of safety protocols and risk management, ·Humility:humility and openness to feedback, learning from others, and continuous improvement.
