Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a variety of electrical projects providing strategic leadership to our field teams. Our PMs are P&L Managers with financial oversight and demonstrated operational excellence. Responsibilities β€’ Deliver projects according to client needs while exceeding expectations β€’ Develop and preserve a positive business relationship with client while ensuring contractual compliance with all parties β€’ Lead the development of comprehensive project plans for each assigned project incorporating all requirements, constraints, and opportunities β€’ Direct all project activities including design, planning, and execution through completion β€’ Drive new business development opportunities to grow the organization β€’ Manage financial performance while mitigating exposure to risk β€’ Provide leadership and support to field teams β€’ Maintain all project records to ensure relevant information is documented and secured Qualifications β€’ Working knowledge of all aspects of construction and industry practices, processes, standards, and their impact on project activities β€’ Ability to multi-task, collaborate with others, set priorities and take initiative β€’ Demonstrated success leading a team through complex project execution β€’ Experience managing and leading field-level staff and holding the accountable to project goals β€’ Excellent organizational, verbal, written, presentation skills are a must. Bilingual a plus β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite β€’ Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years of relative experience β€’ 5+ years Project Management experience in construction required Safety Level This is a safety sensitive position, and all applicable policies including drug test and background check will apply. β€’ The inherent responsibilities of your role may include physical working conditions. In order to safely and successfully perform job duties you must be able to: β€’ Potentially lift up to 50 pounds β€’ Potentially need to do repeated pushing, pulling, carrying, reaching (or working above shoulder), walking, standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, bending, and climbing β€’ Potentially operate a motor vehicle, crane, tractor, etc. β€’ We reserve the right to continually monitor your ability to safely and successfully complete these inherent physical responsibilities and take action as deemed appropriate in accordance with the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) Competitive Salary is dependent upon the size of the electrical scopes and staff they have managed. PM - $160-$200K – 20% Bonus – Truck/Fuel Card Per diem is up to $1000/weekly nontaxable first year.
