Electrical Project Supervisor

Overview: We are currently seeking Electrical Project Supervisors with 5+ years’ experience for projects involving commercial/industrial electrical construction. Electrical Project Supervisors are an integral part of the electrical construction process and are responsible for scheduling, monitoring, and controlling the day-to-day execution of the work, progress, and performance of the project. The role is also responsible for the administration and control of all aspects of the Cummings site specific safety and compliance objectives. Responsibilities: • Must maintain and enforce safety policies on jobsite • 5+ years of electrical construction experience which includes leading large jobs in Industrial/Commercial industry • Can oversee a crew of 15+ electricians • Ability to manage/oversee multiple projects simultaneously • Active Journeyman’s License required • Proficient with the National Electrical Code • Exposure to Bluebeam and/or Salesforce is a plus • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including excel and familiarity with MS Teams and SharePoint • Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Strong customer service skills required • Must be able to work at project jobsites throughout the DFW/North Texas as needed • Willingness to travel outside of DFW/North TX area a plus • Must have active driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle reportQualifications: How we support you: Our environment allows you to take pride in your work, create meaningful connections, and acquire growth-based development skills.
