Job Summary: Half Price Hot Tubs is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Electrical Technician to join our service team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to learn and develop their skills in the electrical field and plumbing fields while working with a variety of hot tub and spa systems. The technician will be trained by a Jacuzzi certified hot tub technician, assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical components in our hot tubs and related equipment. Responsibilities • Learn and assist with leak diagnosis and repair procedures on various hot tub models. • Support the team with routine spa maintenance tasks. • Learn the fundamentals of spa water care and assist with related tasks. • Help diagnose and install electrical components such as pumps, heaters, lights, and control panels. • Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues in hot tubs and spas. • Learn and adhere to all safety codes and regulations. • Maintain tools and equipment in good working order. • Assist with inventory management of electrical supplies. • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising electrician and service manager. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the electrical field (residential, commercial, or industrial). • Basic understanding of electrical principles is a plus. • Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity. • Excellent work ethic and a willingness to learn. • Must be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (with assistance as needed).
