In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems within our community. Your expertise will ensure the safety and comfort of our residents. Responsibilities • Install and maintain electrical systems and equipment in compliance with local codes. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout of electrical systems. • Perform troubleshooting on electrical issues to identify problems and implement solutions. • Ensure high voltage systems are maintained safely and efficiently. • Collaborate with Management teams on new installations and renovations. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively while adhering to safety standards. Requirements • Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in a residential or commercial setting. • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC regulations, and safety practices. • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams accurately. • Have your own hand tools, ammeters, and other electrical equipment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
