About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical background to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our packaging equipment and supporting the installation of new production lines. Key Responsibilities
β’ Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on a wide range of packaging equipment including: Rotary fillers, cappers, case packers, palletizers, air conveyors, glide-type conveyors, chain-driven conveyors, labelers and blow molders.
β’ Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC circuitry, motor controls, switch boxes, control panels, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and PLCs.
β’ Assist in the installation and wiring of new equipment lines.
β’ Utilize RS Logix (Allen Bradley) PLCs for ladder logic troubleshooting (no programming required).
β’ Work with 480V 3-phase systems.
β’ Document work orders and maintenance activities in a CMMS system.
β’ Operate scissor lifts and perform tasks at heights up to 20 feet.
β’ May be required to complete an electrical skills test board to demonstrate troubleshooting capabilities.
Qualifications
β’ Journeyman/Journeyperson Electrical License (or higher) from another U.S. state.
β’ Must be eligible to work under a licensed Electrician in Massachusetts.
β’ Strong manual troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
β’ Familiarity with GMP standards and process manufacturing.
β’ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a team setting.
β’ Must bring a basic set of hand tools for electrical and light maintenance work (roll-arounds accepted).
Preferred Experience
β’ Prior experience in process manufacturing.
β’ Exposure to automated and manual packaging equipment.
β’ Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Pay and Benefits:
β’ Pay: $42/hour
β’ Guaranteed Overtime Each Week paid at time and a half

β’ Paid lodging (Single-Occupancy Hotel Room)
β’ Per diem ($45/day)
β’ Flexibility to take time off between assignments
β’ Ability to perform tasks with little to no supervision
β’ Ability to travel and commit to assignments ranging from 3 months to 1 year
β’ Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts, including overtime for the duration of the assignment (50+ hours/week)
β’ Must meet drug test requirements
