Electrician - Day Shift

JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an Electrician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for reading blueprints, installing conduit and wiring systems, performing utility connections, and ensuring all work aligns with NEC standards and customer specifications. Shift: M-TH 6:00 AM – 4:30 WHAT WE OFFER • Career Growth:Opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career through hands-on experience and professional development. • Collaborative Environment:Join a team that values innovation, teamwork, and quality. • Comprehensive Benefits:Enjoy competitive pay, health insurance, retirement plans, and work-life balance WE ALSO PROVIDE • Floating holiday available on day 1 • Benefits • Retirement plan • Tuition reimbursement • Bonus opportunities WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC). • Vocational/technical degree in electricity or equivalent experience. • 18 months or more of electrical experience required • Attention to detail • Report to work on time and communicate schedule changes promptly to the supervisor • Complete assignments on or ahead of schedule and accomplish assigned work in an organized, timely manner. • Apply knowledge, skills, and abilities to progress team goals WHAT YOU'LL DO • Install wireways, conduits, and cable trays to adhere to NEC code and customer specifications. • Perform simple utility wire connections and understand electrical circuits. • Read blueprints and perform conduit threading. • Gain knowledge of industry standards and best practices • Clean parts, using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths. • Clean and maintain production equipment, machinery, and workspace. • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
