Electrician - II

Title : Industrial Electrician II Location : Spring Valley, CA 91978 Duration : 06+ Months Contract (Based on upcoming work there is potential for this to turn into a FT position) Shifts : 1st Shift (5:30 am - 2 pm) Pay Range : $25.18 - 41.97/hr. Journeyman certification is preferred · Candidates with experience in data centers, marine systems, and commercial or industrial. · Familiar with 24V circuits Experience with control panels and instrumentation. · VFD and motor controls Experience reading wiring schematics/diagrams. · Strong math skills used for bending conduit. Preferable experience with rigid conduit bending and threading. Duties and Responsibilities · Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercom and other electrical systems. · Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems. · Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.) · Connects wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components. · Prepares and assembles conduits and connects wiring through them. · Prevents breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulated cables, cleaning circuits etc. · Performs effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units. · 3-5 years’ experience Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $25.18 - $41.97 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Health insurance Work Location: In person
