Job description Overview 3X the money from hourly. We are very busy. Up to five calls a day. Minimum of four years (4) years of electrical experience required. Ability to work a six-day work week if you want. NO UPSELLS-WE FOLLOW A SYSTEM, EDUCATE, AND PROVIDE THREE OPTIONS ON EVERY CALL. This is a sales/communication position as an electrician. Must be strong at communicating, building value, and providing options. You are selling jobs by providing three options and educating customers in the correct way to move forward and performing residential service calls. Driving to customers’ houses, diagnosing, selling the job, lining out the work, completing the work, and collecting payment. Up to six calls a day.
