In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential settings. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring safety and efficiency in our clients' homes. Responsibilities • Install and maintain electrical systems and components in residential properties. • Diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure safety and compliance. • Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems. • Utilize hand tools and testing equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters effectively. • Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently. • Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and regulations. • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients. Requirements • Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in a residential setting. • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, high voltage, low voltage, and logic controllers. • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. • Familiarity with using various hand tools and testing equipment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
