Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management tools.
Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.
• Oversee quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Utilize construction estimating software such as HeavyBid for accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
• Implement OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize project management tools such as Primavera for scheduling and tracking project milestones.
• Interpret schematics and blueprints to guide construction activities effectively.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, quality control processes, OSHA regulations, and contract management.
• Proficiency in using HeavyBid, Primavera, and Bluebeam software.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
