(after 3 months) What We’re Seeking in Our Electricians: • A California CertifiedGeneral or Residential License. • Minimum offour years of residential electrical experience, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and service. • Clean, quality craftsmanship to NEC code executed at each and every job. • A positive, proactive attitude, able to work autonomously while following our best practices and processes. • Able to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug test. • Professional, tidy, well-groomed appearance. • Able to work any one of these schedules: Mo-Fr 8-5, 12-8, Tu-Sa 8-5, 12-8. Sunday on call 1x per/mo. (get a weekday off that week). Your Role: • Be open-minded and very willing to embrace new processes that will elevate your skills and performance. • Able to work independently every day, leveraging a stocked van. • Adept at utilizing technology, including an iPad and advanced software (Service Titan) to streamline your work. • Bring a positive attitude and your ambition to work daily. • Provide excellent communication and options for customers to meet their needs. • Ensure every job is done right and to the customers' satisfaction. • Keep the van clean and orderly. • Achieve your goals and success markers. Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices. • Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems. • Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints. • Perform general electrical maintenance and inspections. • Inspect transformers and circuit breakers for faults.. • Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service van. • Responsible for materials and tools assigned to the van. • Conduct van inventory on a quarterly basis. • Follow Mr. Electric’s proven process consistently and in all interactions. • Provide options/solutions for customers to choose what’s best for them.
