NFQ.email team is a leading Email Marketing service provider in Lithuania with national rights to represent Omnisend (Marketing Automation platform) among over 1000 national and international accounts. Our daily tasks include strategy planning, content creation, sales, customer support, and overall E-commerce business consulting.

With 13+ years of experience in this field, we have consulted and worked with over 500 businesses, including names such as MemberShop.lt, Barbora.lt, Ermitazas.lt, Pegasas.lt, Audimas.lt, Makalius.lt, and many others, including international brands.

Currently, we are looking for an Email Marketing Content Creator to join our delivery team. You will not only get acquainted with the Email Marketing / Marketing Automaton fields with an Omnichannel approach but also personally contribute to working with top Lithuanian E-commerce brands and mastering new skills in a very diverse and flexible position.

In this role, you will

• Be involved in content planning and creative tasks for clients based on various collaboration models in the team (cross collaboration, independent content development, dedicated tasks)
• Individually or together with other dedicated team members you will help execute newsletter campaigns, automation flows, and lead generation projects (content planning, copy, and design)
• Embracing a continuous exploration of new content formats and ideas, always tweaking and evolving to capture and connect with the audience in fresh and engaging ways
• Help with daily Email Marketing tasks and business expansion or marketing projects
• Work with other delivery team tasks related to educational and industry goals

What you will bring

• Experience with Email Marketing content creation tasks working with several brands
• Background of Marketing and / or Ecommerce
• Experience with design development programs and copywriting
• Creative approach and interest to adapt new skills, initiate new projects and improvements
• Excellent communication and writing skills (both in Lithuanian and English)
• Experience working in a marketing agency (nice to have)
• Extreme attention to detail and problem-solving
• Willingness to learn, and improve personal, client, and team member skills

Salary range: € 1 920 - 2 880 gross / month
