The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team! As an Email Marketing Manager at our company, you will be responsible for planning and developing our overall email marketing strategy. You will be responsible for managing the strategy and ensuring that the business goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Marketing strategy across the end-to-end user experience
• Fuel and develop a strategy for new customer-facing products in conjunction with the Product and Engineering teams
• Identify target audience and grow our email list
• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
• Write newsletters including all company updates
• Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features
• Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
• Create email databases for lead generation
• Analyze campaign performance and make improvements
• Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices

Your skills include 

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
• 3+ years experience in email marketing.
• Analytical thinker with experience in data-driven marketing
• Ability to independently drive experimentation focused on conversion and engagement
• Very strong written communication skills
• Experience developing strategies to solve ambiguous and complex problems
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities. Must have bias toward action and ability to identify and simplify problems
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, manage expectations and work cross-functionally with both analytical and creative teams
