Job Description
GunMag Warehouse, a leading supplier of online firearm accessories, is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager.
The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for setting up email campaigns, driving strategy execution, implementing program optimizations, executing regular A/B tests and performance reporting; ultimately advancing list growth, customer lifetime value and revenue growth.
A successful Email Marketing Manager is punctual, positive, coachable and collaborative.
Responsibilities
• Own the email marketing program from start to finish: creating, building, scheduling and optimizing campaigns as well as establishing and tracking goals measuring email performance.
• Develop and oversee new and existing email campaigns, including customer lifecycle programs and individual campaigns (promotional, triggered, transactional and life cycle campaigns).
• Run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize email performance while increasing KPIs.
• QA all email campaigns to ensure creative, content, links, and copy are accurate for deployment.
• Build and refine target segments and audiences within email platforms to drive targeting and personalization using a mix of email preference center, web behavior, purchase history and custom lists.
• Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize SKU selection of marketing emails in order to drive conversion.
• Develop and implement new strategies to drive list growth.
• Suggest and execute email optimizations based on business needs, trends, and competitive analysis.
• Monitor and optimize campaign deliverability.
• Standardize and perform regular list pruning.
• Own the relationship with our email service provider.
Qualifications
• Three (3) years of email marketing experience in a B2C environment required
• Demonstrated expertise in email marketing best practices, including customer segmentation, journey mapping, compliance, deliverability, and performance optimization.
• Previous experience with Mailchimp, or similar platform, and working knowledge of HTML and CSS required.
• Experience with GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment.

Pay: $48,787.00 - $78,420.00 per year
