Job Description
We are looking for you as Embedded Firmware Developer (m/f/x) at the earliest possible date for our headquarters in Fulda, Germany or fully remote in Europe, with at least 6h overlap between CET 9-5 (09:00-17:00) working hours as the team you will join is fully remote.

- You build and maintain firmware for our devices in a continuous integration driven environment with devices-in-the-loop
- You create and maintain tooling and automation (Cucumber tests, chatops, CI, etc.) to ensure consistent and low-friction operations and releases
- You are proud to call yourself a generalist, or jack-of-all-trades
- Fluent software development in embedded systems (FreeRTOS), C programming language and surrounding tools
- Focus on high-quality and maintainable code in a brownfield environment
- You already have experience with CAN bus
- You are pragmatic and take responsibility for your work
- Experience with, or desire to assess, trial and adopt DevOps/DevSecOps best practices (i.e. Continuous Integration, Static Code Analysis, Shifting Left, etc.)
- You are familiar with at least one of Python, Node.js, Go
- Experience with BLE, and Redpine/Silabs hw is advantageous
- You have fluent communication skills in English, German is not required, but nice to have
