•  Work 4-days every other week or a 7-on/7-off rotation
•  Ideally Monday - Thursday evenings but other options can be considered
•  Need is due to existing provider moving to PRN
•  Not mandatory to live in the area
•  Average of about 14 patients per day
•  No admissions or rounding required
•  Collaborative and supportive environment offered with a team first approach
•  W2 or 1099 can be considered
