Raleigh Emergency Medicine Associates (REMA) is currently recruiting for a partnership track EM trained physician to join our outstanding group of EM providers. This opportunity is available with the retirement of one of our senior partners with more than 30 years of practice with our group. Raleigh Emergency Medicine Associates (REMA) is a stable, independent, twenty-nine physician, democratic emergency medicine group that currently employs ten advance practice providers. We staff REX UNC Healthcare Emergency Department in Raleigh, North Carolina, as well as the UNC REX Holly Springs Emergency Department in Holly Springs, North Carolina. - UNC Rex Raleigh is a full service 450+ bed hospital with nearly 70,000 ED visits per year.
- UNC Rex Holly Springs Hospital is a 75+ bed hospital with ED visits approaching 35,000 per year. REMA enjoys a full complement of specialty coverage including a robust hospitalist team. 24 radiology coverage, stroke neurology, and psychiatry. We have 24/7 cath lab access and an active interventional stroke team available for our patients. REMA offers an excellent benefits package including full medical, disability, and retirement funding. Employee physicians are provided with a competitive hourly rate and RVU productivity bonus. REMA has a four-year track to partnership. Partner physicians enjoy a full fee-for-service reimbursement structure. Broad coverage in our department with scheduling flexibility allows longevity in the career of emergency medicine. We exclusively staff UNC Rex affiliated hospitals which are in Raleigh and Holly Springs, NC thus allowing a short local commute for our providers. The Raleigh area offers temperate climate, close to beaches and mountains, several major universities/medical centers, cultural activities, college and professional sports We are in the process of accepting CVs.
