The Employee Operations for Cytiva is responsible to perform work according to procedures and instructions and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and retention of

achieved successes.

This position is part of the Operations department located in Medemblik and will be on-site.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform work according to procedures and instructions.
• Be responsible for active participation in SQDIP of the department.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and retention of

achieved successes.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• MBO working and thinking level
• Takes initiative.
• Is accurate and independent.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Work experience in a production environment (clean room).
• Work experience in a logistics environment.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
