Emerging Tech is seeking dedicated and skilled Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to join our team at the VA Clinic in Cheyenne, WY. As an EMT, you will play a critical role in providing emergency medical care to veterans and supporting the clinic's mission to deliver high-quality healthcare services.
What You'll Do:

• Respond to medical emergencies within the clinic and provide immediate care to patients.
• Assess patient conditions and determine the appropriate course of action in emergency situations. 
• Administer basic life support, including CPR, wound care, and stabilization of injuries.
• Transport patients safely and efficiently to appropriate medical facilities when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and reports.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure all medical equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked.
• Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

What You'll Bring:

• Current certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in the state of Wyoming.
• Valid CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and transport patients as needed.
• Prior experience in a clinical or emergency response setting is preferred.
