The opportunity

Our enablement organization is responsible for equipping our GTM teams (SDRs, AEs, SEs, CSMs, Services, Customer Support) and Partners with the knowledge, skills, resources and coaching they need to close business faster and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will work with key stakeholders across the business to identify issues impacting our ability to scale and build & execute role-specific programs to address them. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with changing priorities, and enjoys building effective working relationships cross-functionally and coming up with innovative solutions to challenges.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the company to identify enablement needs, developing, and delivering enablement programs to optimize individual and team performance and effectiveness. 

  • Lead the onboarding process for new employees by providing them with the necessary enablement and resources to minimize ramp time and maximize effectiveness & retention. This will involve working with key role stakeholders to understand challenges ramping new employees, creating onboarding materials including self-paced learning, knowledge assessments & certification, as well as coaching. 

  • Create and update enablement content, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, knowledge assessments and other learning materials. This will involve collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content. Ensuring these resources are easily accessible to the roles that need them. 

  • Assess the effectiveness of enablement programs through evaluations and feedback mechanisms. This may involve conducting surveys and analyzing data working with Sales Ops to drive accountability, engagement, and measure program success.

  • Manage multiple enablement projects simultaneously, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources to ensure timely delivery of enablement initiatives.

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of enablement programs.

  • Prior sales, CSM experience, SaaS preferred.

  • Prior enablement experience with 2 or more of these roles: sales, SEs, CSMs, customer support, partners

  • A strong understanding of the selling environment, including sales processes, content, tools and training. Proficiency with Salesforce, e-learning platforms (experience with HighSpot a plus), and other tools (experience with Gainsight, Zendesk a plus).

  • An ability to learn quickly and thrive in a scale up environment.

  • Exceptional planning and communication skills 

  • Experience in project management with a proven track record of managing multiple projects to completion, along with excellent planning and organisational skills.

  • Willing to travel periodically based on the business and project’s needs.

  • Bonus: Experience in Cybersecurity or Cyber Risk Management
