Position Overview:

Northwest Permanente, P.C., is currently seeking a board eligible/certified Endocrinologist to join our highly collaborative team to provide virtual and in-person endocrine and diabetes care to our members.

Working for Northwest Permanente, our Endocrinologist enjoy: $279,456 to $338,000 – Projected Annual Total Rewards Value* 

  • Salary: $213,750 to $242,910 for (0.9 FTE, 4 days a week)
  • 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)
  • 90%+ employer paid health plan
  • Paid annual education leave + $2K annual education allowance
  • Relocation allowance - up to $15K

Required Qualifications/Position Description:

  • Prefer a minimum of two years post-fellowship experience, but will consider candidates with less.
  • Experience with thyroid FNA by US guidance is needed.
  • You must be a teams-oriented, innovative and flexible physician, who is committed to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care, and willing to follow collaboratively developed departmental guidelines, including working within a clinician recommended drug formulary.
  • You must be comfortable providing virtual medicine by providing triaging and chart reviews for referrals and telephone/video consultations/follow-up visits.
