Position Details:

• Full-time hospital employed position

• Team: 1 physician, 3 APP's

• Office Hours: 7am - 5:30pm

Education Requirements:  Successful completion from a qualified NP/PA program

Experience Requirements: Preferable 5-year experience

Licensure: Indiana Professional License

Certifications: Must maintain BLS/ACLS
