Energy Consultants and Field Marketing Specialists (Entry Level to Experienced)
Job Description:We are looking for motivated Field marketing Specialists and Energy Consultants to join our high-performing teams. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying and engaging potential customers, guiding them through the initial stages of the solar sales process. Your efforts will directly impact the expansion of solar energy adoption while offering substantial career advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities vary by role and experience, from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals through in-home presentations.
• Represent Purelight Power with professionalism and passion, increasing awareness and adoption of solar energy in your area.
• Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all clients.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance your sales and customer service skills.
Desired Qualifications:
• Prior experience in direct sales or related fields preferred (e.g., solar, pest control, TV, mortgages, home security systems).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated,Integrity, Grit, goal-oriented, and detail-focused. Adaptability, Creativity,
• Experience with commission-based pay structures.
• Proficiency with CRM software and general tech-savviness is a plus.
• Passion for career advancement in a fast-growing industry.
• Ability to cultivate long-term customer relationships.

Position Requirements:
• Reliable Transportation:Must have dependable vehicle access OR have reliable way to Commute to and from work such as but not limited to: Public Transportation, Carpooling, Taxi , Biking and or walking.
• Valid Driver’s License & Insurance:Current driver’s license and auto insurance required or you are able to be a company Non driver and use Public Transportation, carpooling, Taxi, Biking ,Walking Ext.
• Physical Job Requirements :
• Ability to Travel (Generally less than 50 miles): Must be able to drive or Commute to and from the market or designated selling location, potentially for long periods.
• Walking and Standing: Ability to walk or stand for extended periods, often 4-8 hours a day while canvassing neighborhoods and knocking on doors. Accommodations may be requested
• Climbing Front Steps or Using Ramps: Ability to climb front steps or use ramps at customer homes, as some houses may have different entryways.
• Carrying Sales Materials (less than 10 pounds): Ability to carry sales materials, iPad, or promotional items while walking or traveling.
• Navigating Different Terrain: Ability to walk on various surfaces (e.g., pavement, grass, gravel) in all weather conditions while maintaining balance and footing.
• Use of Technology: Comfortable using a mobile device, tablet, or other technology to log customer information, manage schedules, or access sales tools while on the move.
• Endurance: Ability to work for 4-8 hours per day, maintaining energy levels for a full shift, even in potentially varying weather conditions. Accommodations may be requested.
Travel & Transportation Requirements:
• This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel to various customer and job site locations. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, or an alternative means to consistently and reliably travel to and from multiple locations throughout the workday.
