At our Langenselbold/Germany location, we produce microbiological safety workbenches, CO2 incubators, microbiological incubators, heating and drying cabinets, vacuum drying cabinets, and high-temperature ovens on an area of almost 15,000 m².

To support our customers in Switzerland, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer (m/f/x) at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for leading all aspects of field service support and customer relationship management. This includes the installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and instrument qualification/calibration. You also act as an advocate for your customers and strive to build strong, mutually useful relationships.
• Documentation of the activities within the framework of the weekly or monthly reporting system
• Support of customers with technical questions
• Ensuring a high quality standard

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training or further education as a technician, electronics technician, or comparable qualification
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the field service area
• Confident appearance, independent working method, self-organization, initiative, and reliability
• High willingness to travel, mainly within the service region, occasionally within EMEA
• Confirmed IT knowledge
• Proficient in German, both verbal and written
• Good English skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge in French is an advantage
• Driving license
