Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software solutions to meet project requirements and company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft, implement, and successfully deploy flawless software systems.
• Perform code reviews and offer constructive feedback to guarantee code quality and adherence to standard methodologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth project execution.
• Strictly follow established SOPs and procedures to maintain a high standard of work.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead a small team to complete software development projects for senior candidates

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in software development, with a strong understanding of programming languages and tools.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to determine effective solutions quickly.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
• Proven background in core Java & Java Script

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong with common data structures, design patterns, object-oriented design, and algorithms used in programming.
• Good understanding of web stack technologies is desired.
• Previous experience of developing web applications using front-end technologies like Angular, React, VueJS and Electron is a plus.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Ability to manage high priority tasks and adapt to changes in priorities. Effectively communicates and illustrates ideas; contributes critically and positively to a team.
• Experience using source control (ie, GitHub) and CI/CD
• A proactive approach with a passion for innovation and excellence.
