Key Responsibilities

• Perform field service activities including installation, maintenance, and repair of complex electronic equipment.
• Deliver outstanding customer support and training to guarantee the efficient functioning of our products.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to determine the root cause and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to provide feedback and improve product performance.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation in compliance with company standards.
• Successfully implement service strategies to improve customer happiness and dedication.

Requirements

• Proven experience in electronics engineering with a strong background in field service.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and customers.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Netherlands and occasionally to other regions.
