Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level technical support and service for Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. equipment.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex issues to ensure flawless operation of our products.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and calibration to maintain the highest standards of performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement solutions and improvements.
  • Document all service activities strictly and accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Must reside in London (inside M25) and be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven field experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical expertise and analytical skills to determine and resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers and team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
