Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level technical support and service for Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex issues to ensure flawless operation of our products.
- Conduct regular maintenance and calibration to maintain the highest standards of performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement solutions and improvements.
- Document all service activities strictly and accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Must reside in London (inside M25) and be eligible to work in the UK.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven field experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical expertise and analytical skills to determine and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers and team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
