Job Description
As an IBM Application Architect you directly help clients transform their business  and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader serving as a liaison among business partners technical resources and project stakeholders.
Your Role and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for IT operations management processes supplier management and other content in the automotive industry
1.Responsible for the implementation of the service management system process of IT operation and maintenance team
2.Responsible for implementing the service standards adopted in the daily work of IT operation and maintenance
3.Responsible for supervising and controlling the execution of ITIL service process and tracking the continuous process improvement progress
4.Assist in monitoring and controlling the quality of daily IT operation and maintenance services according to SLA definition
5.Responsible for launching customer satisfaction survey and collecting customer demands. Promote the improvement and optimization of service quality
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Full time bachelor degree or above major in computer network or related majors
2.More than 3 years of IT service management
3.Experience in IT service delivery management
4.Experience in IT project management
5.English can be a working language
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
1.Experience in process optimization is preferred
2.ITIL PMP or other certificates are preferred
