Job Description

AECOM is seeking an Engineering Intern to be based in Cincinnati, OH.

This position is expected to begin in January 2023.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the development of roadway alignments, traffic control plans, right-of-way determination, utility coordination utilizing OpenRoads Designer, Microstation, AutoCAD and a variety of Civil Engineering design software applications and MS Office applications.
• Assisting with preliminary to final design calculations and plan development, reviewing of field information, possible field inspection of existing facilities and other work consistent with the duties of an entry level engineer.
• General office administration, including report reproduction, collation and deliveries.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Must have completed 1 year of study in the applicable program
• Due to the nature of work, US Citizenship is required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
