Nike, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Lead a development team delivering end-to-end technology solutions in support of the price optimization capabilities. Ensure team is leveraging Nike's global technology delivery methodology. Develop and manage team metrics. Accountable for growing and developing engineering team by attracting top industry talent. Work closely with planning and manufacturing leadership to develop engineering vision, strategy, and execution plans that are aligned with business outcomes. Partner with enterprise architecture and strategic enterprise capability to develop a sustainable roadmap for price optimization engineering capability. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and make recommendations to management. Stay current with industry trends and lead development of key innovation platforms.
Applicant must have a Master's degree in Applied Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a computer-related occupation. Experience must include:
- Data Synchronization;
- Java technologies;
- JSP;
- JDBC;
- HTML;
- Javascript;
- XML;
- Spring;
- Relation database technologies, such as, Oracle and SQL Server;
- Open source frameworks, such as, pico-container, hibernate, struts, web services, JUnit, Shell Scripts and Linux
