Title: Engineering Manager, Creator Performance
Location: Fully remote from anywhere in the US
Reports to: VP of Software Engineering

We are searching for an engineering leader to manage a cross-functional team responsible for the analytics that we provide to our Creators. In this role you will coordinate with Product, Design, and Data Engineering to provide insights to Creators that help them understand the performance of their content and links.

Key Responsibilities

• Continually align your team’s work, goals, and priorities with the company’s business objectives and deliver significant business value.
• Take an active role in hiring, goal setting, performance management, promotions, and retention strategies across your team.
• Act as the scrum master, ensuring proper backlog refinement and value delivery in every sprint.
• Drive productivity and execution of deliverables from ideation to production.
• Provide technical direction to your team, participate in code reviews, and drive architectural discussions.
• Participate in the on-call rotation with your team.

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years managing a team of software engineers.
• Proven success as a senior level developer in mobile, web, and backend.
• Technical enough to challenge, mentor, and grow the talent of the developers on your team.
• Capable of communicating technical concepts and complexity to engineering and business leaders alike by tailoring your message to the audience.
• Demonstrate an understanding of distributed systems in a cloud environment (AWS preferred) including Kubernetes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with reporting and analytics systems.
• Experience charting time series data in web or mobile applications.
