Engineering Manager

ü Review the available technical documentation of high complex project order and clarify with tender manager any open question regarding technical specification.

ü Animate the continuous improvement of the design activity in term of technical knowledge, efficiency and processes.

ü Control the technical solution realized by designers to ensure a solution at minimal cost and in line with contractual requirements

ü Participate in feasibility studies (Committee of Feasibility) and act on helping critical projects or projects with major problems.

ü Work on non regular projects, development actions of design activity.

ü As expert of design field, train the designers.

ü Propose improvements of engineering processes, tools, and technical data management

ü According to his experience, can act as coordinator of designers involved in the complex projects.

ü According to his experience work on high complex projects (electrical diagram, BOM) in respecting project targets (delivery date, quality, efficiency)

ü As expert in design field, lead the preparation of high complex technical solutions during tender and execution phase

Qualifications

>10 years of experience in Electrical design engineering
