WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

•  Manage a team of UI developers working on extremely sophisticated Identity solutions
• and transforming them into something delightfully simple to use.
•  Drive technical excellence and implementation of best engineering practices such as
• estimation review, design review, code review, unit testing, continuous
• integration/development.
•  Participate in requirements analysis
•  Collaborate with internal teams to produce UI software design and architecture
•  Develop state-of-the-art enterprise identity cloud solutions
•  Serve as an expert on UI development and provide technical mentoring and support
•  Test and deploy applications and systems
•  Ability to start a program from scratch as well as maintain existing services
•  Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle
•  Follow the true agile principles

WHAT YOU BRING

• Requirements
•  10+ years of software engineering experience
•  Highly Proficient in React JS, Redux, HTML, and CSS
•  Experience in increasing levels of responsibility managing applications development,
• solution design and delivery, and process improvement
•  Proven experience in team management, attracting, hiring, retaining and leading top
• engineering talent and high-performance product engineering teams
•  Extensive experience building applications or products which support complex end-user
• workflows, ideally in a SaaS context
•  Experience working with micro-frontend architecture
•  Experience building components in a component library
•  Excellent logical and Analytical Skills - should be able to articulate thoughts very clearly
• and precisely in English (written and verbal)
•  Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement leading agile teams
