Job Area:Operations Group, Operations Group > Program Analyst General Summary: Qualcomm Technologies Inc. is seeking aSenior Engineering Operations Analystto join our GPU PMO and Engineering team. This role is central to our data transformation efforts, enabling predictive analytics and operational excellence through the development of ourEngineering Data Integration & Analytics Platform. You will help build the foundation for ourGPU Engineering Analytics Platform, integrating data from multiple data sources (single source of truth) into a centralized operational data store and developing dashboards that power decision-making and support day-to-day engineering operations across GPU PMO and GPU Engineering. Key Responsibilities • Lead development of the Engineering Data Integration & Analytics Platform: gather requirements, define metrics, and identify data sources. • Validate ETL pipelines and build advancedTableau dashboardsfor PMO and Engineering. • Pioneer and evaluateGenAI predictive analyticssolutions. • Explore and apply 3rd-party AI and agentic systems such asMicrosoft Copilot custom agents,Tableau AI, and other emerging tools to enhance engineering analytics workflows. • Analyze program data, budgets, and operational metrics to support decision-making. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering Leads and Program Managers. Minimum Qualifications • Associate’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in engineering operations or program management. • 2+ years of experience with data analytics and visualization tools. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • Strong skills inSQL, Python, Tableau (Advanced & AI), Excel. • Experience with ETL pipelines and data transformation. • Familiarity with 3rd-party AI tools and agentic systems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Tableau AI). • Passion for GenAI and its application in predictive analytics. • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
