Engineering Operations Support Specialist

Summary/Objective

Leveraging proprietary technology, robust data sets, and subject matter expertise, Reveleer provides complete record retrieval and review services so health plans can confidently plan and execute risk, quality, and member management programs to deliver more value and improved outcomes.

We are seeking an Operations Support Specialist with a strong background in integration and production support, specifically in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience with ETL tools, SQL, and production support, along with demonstrated skills in troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to build and support the integration of various processes.
• Ensure seamless data flow across systems through ETL processes.
• Provide ongoing production support for healthcare applications and systems.
• Utilize ETL tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading in compliance with healthcare data standards.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, issues, and resolutions.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 7 years of experience in operations support, with a focus on integration and product support.
• Proficiency in ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Actian DataConnect, Mulesoft etc.) and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, HIPAA).
• Experience in production support and troubleshooting within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ETL Specialist) are a plus.
• Healthcare – Claims Management, EDI knowledge a plus
