About this position
SeeScan is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator to lead cross-functional collaboration between our hardware and software teams.
Compensation
The salary range for our Engineering Project Coordinator position is$65,000to$100,000annually.
This range represents a good-faith estimate based on the qualifications we expect to find in a successful candidate. Actual compensation offered may be less or greater than this estimate based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, our assessment of your ability to bring value to our organization.

In this position, you will
• Maintain and manage Git issue boards to track progress, priorities, and dependencies across hardware and software development
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering teams including Electrical, Mechanical, and Software
• Drive project timelines, deliverables, and milestones with precision and accountability
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, risks, and blockers to keep development on track
• Foster a culture of transparency, responsiveness, and continuous improvement
Your background
• 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in hardware/software environments
• Strong familiarity with Git, issue tracking systems, and agile methodologies
• Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects
