Appleʼs Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) organization manages key business and technical infrastructure at Apple that influences how online orders are placed, overall customer experience with order, AppleCare service offering, financial book closure and much more. We are looking for a SAP Functional analyst (expert in key modules like SD or MM) to be part of the global Test Environment Support team that supports some of the biggest SAP systems in the world and offers extraordinary learning opportunities. Description

As an SAP Test Support Lead you will need to have a strong aptitude to address operational issues in our SAP test systems.

You will have direct responsibility for resolving business impacting issues. This will require hands on troubleshooting analysis, design, configuration, testing and engagement with other teams.

You will also be interacting with multiple stakeholders finding avenues for continuous improvements, keeping environments stable, and ensure Vendor teams are adhering to established guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

2 years of working experience in SAP SD or SAP MM

Formal training in SAP ECC or S4 HANA, is preferred

AI/ML and GenAI real life project experience is preferred

Debugging experience in ABAP and ability of code walkthrough in programming languages like ABAP, Python, Java, HTML, SQL queries will be a significant plus

Production Support experience preferred

Managed Vendor teams preferred

Aptitude and curiosity to learn, communication, ability to work with ambiguity, collaborative approach would be key success factors for this role

Aptitude to find avenues for continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications

2 years of working experience in SAP

2 years experience in hands-on troubleshooting in SAP to solve reported business issues

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent years of work experience.
