Enhancement Foreman and Laborer

We are seeking an experiencedLandscape Enhancement Foremanto oversee and execute enhancement projects, including plant installations, hardscape features, irrigation modifications, and seasonal upgrades. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and hands-on expertise in landscaping. Responsibilities: • Supervise and lead a crew in the completion of enhancement projects • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards • Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment • Train crew members on proper techniques, safety practices, and company standards Requirements: • 3+ years of landscaping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role - preferred • Knowledge of plant material, installation techniques, and landscape construction practices • Experience with irrigation systems, grading, and basic hardscape installation • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to work in various outdoor conditions and lift up to 50 lbs Benefits: • Competitive pay (based on experience) • Paid time off and holidays • Company vehicle and tools provided for work use • Opportunities for advancement and professional development Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
