ENT | Partnership Track | $700,000+ Proven Potential | Minneapolis

Seeking BC/BE Otolaryngologists with a passion for providing exceptional care with a personal touch. This private group is looking to replace a departing physician in a partnership track position. Enjoy modern facilities, great support staff, and limited call while working for one of the premier ENT practices in Minneapolis.

Position Highlights:
•  Private, physician owned practice
•  Autonomy to build your practice and schedule how you would like
•  Extraordinary facilities and modern equipment including in-office CT
•  Ability to do many procedures in-office including Balloon Sinuplasty, ClariFix, Hummingbird TTS, and biopsies
•  Great lifestyle with no nights, weekends, or holidays and minimal call

Compensation Details:
•  Salary Range: $400,000 - $600,000
•  Guaranteed $400,000 base salary plus production bonus in year 1 and 2
•  Partnership after year two with average earnings $600,000 - $750,000
•  $50,000 recruitment incentives with sign-on bonus, residency stipend, relocation, and more
•  4+ weeks of PTO, CME stipend, and paid holidays
•  Ability to buy into surgical center from first day
