ENT Physician - Santa Cruz, CA

We are currently looking for a BC/BE otolaryngology physician with partnership aspirations to join our private practice in Santa Cruz, CA, within the multispecialty network known as BASS Medical Group.

• Join a collaborative team of 3 board certified ENT physicians, 2 audiologists, 1 speech pathologist, 1 hearing instrument specialist, and a tenured support staff that help ensure operational efficiency.
• Our practice provides the full scope of general ENT services to patients of all ages, and we perform our surgical procedures at local hospitals and our ambulatory surgery center.
• One of our physicians is fellowship-trained in head & neck surgery and we are happy to accommodate other fellowship-trained physicians with subspecialty interests. In particular, there is a notable need for facial plastics surgeons in our community.
• We cover ENT call at Dominican Hospital on a 1:8 week basis, and typically only consult on 1-2 patients per week in-person, making our call obligations exceptionally light and affording our physicians ample work-life balance.
• Offering competitive compensation and complete benefits including the option for early partnership and stock options in the ASC.

The BASS Medical Group is a physician and patient centric multispecialty group whose purpose is to maintain physician autonomy and financial security within the construct of a large medical group. Beginning with approximately 50 doctors in the Walnut Creek area in 2014, we have grown to 465+ providers across 42 specialties in our 128 locations throughout Northern California, and look forward to expanding our reach in the future.

Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California, Connecticut and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $350,000 to $400,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
