ENT Physician | South Texas Coast | $550K Base + Bonuses | Full Panel Day1

A busy, well-established ENT practice on the South Texas coast is seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join its growing team. With a full patient panel ready on Day 1, dedicated OR block time, and a strong APP team, this role offers excellent autonomy, support, and earning potential from the start. Choose a 4- or 5-day workweek, take optional call for added income, and enjoy a highly collaborative environment.

Practice Highlights:
• Bread-and-butter ENT with opportunities for advanced procedures
• Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek
• OR block time and in-office procedures supported by a strong APP team
• Light call (APPs take first call; no trauma/airway)

Compensation & Benefits:
• $500K-$550K guaranteed salary for 2 years
• Productivity bonuses starting Year 1
• $500/night call stipend (optional)
