A thriving and innovative ENT group in South Texas is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join its growing team. With consistently high patient demand and an established referral base, this is a rare opportunity to step into a busy practice from day one.

Practice Highlights:
• Bread-and-butter ENT with opportunities for advanced procedures
• Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek
• OR block time and in-office procedures supported by a strong APP team
• Light call (APPs take first call; no trauma/airway)
• Immediate patient volume and collaborative work environment

Compensation & Benefits:
• $500K-$550K guaranteed salary for 2 years
• Productivity bonuses starting Year 1
• $500/night call stipend (optional)
