Job Summary Enterprise Architect Advisor Identity and Security, Enterprise Identity, Baptist Medical Center Enterprise Architect Advisor Identity and Securityworks closely with EA leadership and IT operations teams to create and reconcile strategic architecture goals with the current state environment, keeping the future state in mind. You will be responsible for driving architectural excellence across identity and security ecosystems by defining and governing directives, principles, guidelines, and best practices for the organization to follow. You will also recommend iterative paths toward the adoption of strategic architecture goals. A hands-on technologist with experience in architecture and engineering of hybrid infrastructure platforms and services, including the development of best practices for automation and integration-first approaches. Lead cultural change for automation and secure integration adoption. Develop and coordinate identity and security architecture with business, application, and engineering teams. Assist with the development of a comprehensive strategy for identity and security and coordinate the adaptation processes. Assess applications, software, and integration protocols. Enterprise Architect Advisor Identity and Security Responsibilities: • Work closely with business and all IT teams, approve, and reconcile strategic architecture goals with the current state implementations. • You will be responsible for driving architectural excellence across the Microsoft Azure ecosystem by defining and governing directives, principles, guidelines, and best practices for the organization to follow. • You will also recommend iterative paths towards the adoption of strategic architecture goals. • Hands-on-technologist with significant experience in architecture and engineering of hybrid Microsoft infrastructure platforms and services, including development of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices for an automation first approach. • Lead cultural change for cloud and automation adoption. • Developing and coordinating cloud architecture with business, application, and engineering teams. • Developing a cloud strategy and coordinating the adaptation processes. Assessing applications, software and hardware. • Establish best practices for cloud across the company. Selecting cloud providers and vetting third-party services. • Help develop Cloud Center of Excellence. Develop FinOps processes. Ability to think and operate at scale.
